Château de Vaudieu Val de Dieu 2014
Produced in a limited run of fewer than 4,000 bottles, this micro-cuvée is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre grown on a unique red-iron soil terroir in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Now at peak maturity after 10 years of ageing, this 2014 vintage is considered an old and fully evolved wine.
Its majestic nose is complex, offering aromas of blond tobacco, truffle, and sweet spices. The palate shows international finesse, with noble, ripe, and captivating tannins. The finish is long, persistent, and exquisitely refined.
This is haute couture winemaking, designed for exceptional moments and gourmet cuisine, as with a beef filet Rossini, Chateaubriand, grass-fed rib-eye steak with pepper sauce
